Real Estate in New Hampshire has been deemed rightly so as an "essential business." People do need to have the ability to find housing. If you are looking to sell there are many options. Virtual tours can be set up on occupied properties and shown first before a live showing. Only potential buyers with pre-approvals or pre-qualifications will be allowed to physically tour properties. Masks, gloves and booties will be necessary. On vacant properties, viewings are easier but sanitary requirements will still need to be followed. All properties will be wiped down between showing.
If you are looking to find your next home, the same safe procedures are in place. If the property does not have a virtual tour available, I can Facebook live with you to tour a property. If you do not have Facebook, Skype, Zoom or Messenger can also be used. If the property remains on the "list" we can go see it with masks, gloves and booties.
Inspections are also done the same way. Buyers can be present or any kind of virtual media can be used.
Stay safe everyone!!!
